Fairview Developmental Center, located in Orange County, CA, provides general acute care, skilled nursing care, intermediate care, and acute crisis services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The center envisioned an outdoor recreation space to enhance the well-being and active lifestyle of its residents. This project aimed to introduce durable, vandal-resistant, and safe outdoor fitness equipment that would stand the test of time while meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals, including those using wheelchairs.
